The Sibylline Institute of Research on Spirituality — SIRS, LLC is a private, for-profit limited liability company based in Florida that is preparing institutional documentation regarding its status as a religious higher education institution under Florida law. The institution has not yet received a Letter of Exemption for Religious Institutions from the Florida Department of Education’s Commission for Independent Education and will not claim to operate under such an exemption unless and until said letter is issued and remains in effect. Currently, the institution does not present itself as an accredited institution or as a licensed secular institution, nor does it offer programs leading to state-regulated professional licensure. The academic programs presented on this website are institutional program plans and are not available for enrollment or the awarding of credentials until all applicable institutional and regulatory requirements have been met.
